How long does it take to produce an order?

Well, that depends on the item. In general terms, normal production is usually 7-10 business days after approval of artwork. If you need an order sooner than that, just call us at (910) 323-0718 and ask about rush service.

What are your office hours?

We are here Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you need an appointment outside of regular office hours, just call your sales rep.

What is it that you do?

Well, we provide anything with an imprint. Promotional products, advertising specialties, marketing solutions, trophies, plaques, nametags, engraved signs, team uniforms, and more.

How much does embroidery cost?

This will depend on the quantity of items and the size of the embroidery. Prices start at $5.00 per item, plus set-up charges, if applicable.

What are your payment terms?

Terms are Prepay, Due on Receipt, Net 10 or Net 30. Companies wishing to establish terms with CSI must provide credit reference information.
